1. "Import" and "Choose File" buttons are to load the .CSV file from your local hard drive
  2. "Download Sample File" button to download a file with sample data in it to your local drive.  It helps you build your real data for batch upload.
  3. "Export" button export data on screen into a comma separated file format that can be loaded into Ms-Excel for data management.
  4. "Print" button prints the list of records displayed on screen in a formatted layout.  The courses' list display the meeting schedule under each course record.
  5. "Add Button" is to add courses manually to the system
  6. The Bin Button is to delete a course's record.  Please be aware that this is an irreversible action.  When a course is deleted it deletes with it all collected attendance records.
  7. The Eye Button is to view a course's details in a new window
  8. The Edit Button is to open a course's details in a new window for editing 
  9. Status Button is to temporarily disable a course's activities such as collecting attendance
  10. To list more than 10 records on same screen
  11. To sort records Ascending/Descending
  12. you can search/filter records displayed on screen by Code - Name - Department - Campus - Building - Room
