By clicking Edit button  from Courses main page you enter Edit Courses page to edit data.   Please note the following:

  • Fields with red asterisk are mandatory
  • By changing the Terms data, both Start Date and End Date fields will reset to the new term start/end date.
  • Start Date and End Date dates should be within the terms' dates period


You can add/delete a course meeting schedule by using Add / Delete buttons, however please note the following:

  • In order to maintain data coherency, an existing meeting time record cannot be modified 
  • In order to change the date/time of previously collected attendance, a new meeting time record should be created, then copy data into the new meeting time using Attendance page and then the old meeting time record can be deleted
  • Deleting a meeting time record deletes all its related records.  This action is irreversible
